Dyson & Womack are a leading public art consulting firm shaping the face of contemporary public art. We develop public art opportunities centered on equity, accessibility, and a progressive approach to public art management. Our public art open calls encourage artist engagement with shared issues, generate civic dialogue, and provide a platform for the arts across communities.
The public art commission opportunity open to Artists or Artist Teams through this Request for Qualifications (RFQual) is the Green Open Space at Washington & National Blvds in Culver City. We encourage artists to review the opportunity, consider how it relates to their conceptual and aesthetic practice, and how they might address the context and specific needs of the space. When applying to the RFQual, we encourage artists to critically engage with the vision outlined in the Culver City Washington & National Public Art Plan the opportunity RFQual.
